There are two sides to being an effective coach.  One is being effective at the core skills of coaching.  This is about progressing towards mastery, integrating skills and techniques you find so that they are useful and authentic to how you like to work, and continuing to develop your individual coaching style.

I offer coaching supervision for coaches who are ready to take a look into how they work and to get support for where they are stuck.  Coaching supervision offers a new perspective and an independent, safe and confidential space to sit back, relax and enjoy thinking through how you work.

The other element of being a coach is being able to successfully run and market your business.  Whilst you may be a great coach, if no one hears your message, then you won’t be in business that long!  I offer one to one coaching for coaches who want to think about what it means to be in business for themselves, what values and strengths they bring to their business and how they can shine out amongst all the other substantial coaching competition out there.

I also offer group coaching through the program Get Clients Now!(TM) which is a short 6 week course to help you learn how to get out there in the world with your message, growing your visibility, credibility and outreach.
